Even though it had been a couple of months, they told me to ship them back, and they credited me towards the purchase of the correct model filters. The members of the customer service team were very nice and professional throughout my contacts with them to resolve the issue. Thanks a lot! |

Replacement filtersPosted by: AGS01/30/2011 Upon checking my prior replacement filters (the first installed using the new system), I found that the adhesive at the top of both had failed such that the filter element had separated from the cardboard element at the top, resulting in a collapse of the accordian filter element. I trust that improvements have been made so that the replacements I just installed will not have a similar problem. |

Easy to changePosted by: Anonymous01/29/2011 So glad I made the change to this filter. I was leery of changing the comb style myself so now I can save a bit of money by easily changing out these. Filtration still seems excellent. |
