The kit includes everything you need to make your Aprilaire 400 like new: Part number 45 water panel (2 pack for one season), #4403 Scale Control Insert (black plastic frame), #4407 Water Distribution Tray, #4406 Float Assembly, #4335 feed tube and compression sleeve that includes a 4231 orifice, which meters the water flow going into the humidifier, and a part 4004 inline strainer.
PLEASE NOTE: This maintenance kit is not for models 440, 445, 445A or 448.
